How do returns work?
We offer a 30-day return window. Include your order number and return reason. For a faulty or damaged product, describe the issue and provide clear photos or video when possible. Customers pay return shipping for ordinary change-of-mind returns. For a verified fault, you receive a full product refund and keep the faulty product; no return postage is needed.
